Subscribe to Pull requests created by specific team members or a team member from a specific team

Current situation We have repositories that are shared by multiple teams. We have slack channels that belong to a single team. If a team subscribe to an entire repo, it will receive many notifications that are not on their scope of work.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have a way o subscribe to a repo, where, notifications would come from PRs who have been: created, merged.. by specific team members, or, specific team members of a team. Maybe the possibility of adding a filter, to only bring certain PRs?

Please prioritize this, the fact that this is missing makes the slack integration almost unusable for any repo with more than 10 collaborators (because of the number of PRs I don't wish to get notified by) let alone multiple teams.
