Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I work on a largish team and would like notifications when there's activity on one of my PRs or Issues. Subscribing to all PR or Issue traffic would flood me.

This would be extremely helpful for us as well!

I came to look for this feature and found this issue. That would be really nice if implemented!

@mariaefi29 it looks like this repo might be abandoned by the people who were originally maintaining it.

I haven't heard anything from @ashokirla or others in this repo in months.
