[feature request] subscribe to Project changes: /github subscribe owner/Project:50 issues

We use project boards that span multiple repos in our organisation. We have Slack channels for these projects. It would be good to subscribe to changes to the project board in that Slack channel.

I think we'd want all issue activity e.g. new issues, closed issues, but I think we may also want notifications when issues change columns and when cards move columns.

I guess the same list of things you can normally subscribe to could be added to the end of the subscribe action /github subscribe owner/Project:50 issues, comments ☝️ This is a cross repo project. I can imagine people wanting /github subscribe owner/repo Project:50 issues, comments

Looking at general organization projects not repository projects.
