[Feature Request] Do not get notifications for events created by yourself

Description

In my project, I'm the main author of issues and the main reviewer and merger of pull requests. I'd like to not get notifications by actions I performed - because I know I just did them. Creating an issue and then getting a slack message that I just created an issue is not helpful :smile:

I don't see why anybody would want to get notified on their own actions (e.g. writing a comment).

@LorenzHenk Thanks for the feedback. We have plans to support advanced filtering for subscriptions based on username/team, keywords, projects etc.

+1 would love this integration. I’ve deleted GitHub slack bot at this point since it was more spammy than useful as I do a majority of the commits in my team

Hey folks, it seems your Slack is blowing up with GitHub updates. I've been working on Axolo, a GitHub-Slack integration with a friend for the past 3 years, I'm biased but I recommend you check it out - we filter the noise so you can focus on what matters.

You are not notified by your comments, each PR creates a dedicated PR channel and Axolo invites only the right people. Let me know if you have any feedback 🙏
