Unsubscribe to issues and PRs created myself

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No, just a minor annoyance.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to be able to unsubscribe to notifications from issues and pull request that I have created myself.

Describe alternatives you've considered I looked through the documentation of the filters. It looks like this is not possible yet, so I don't think there are any current alternative that would solve this issue for me.

Additional context It's a little bit annoying when I create an issue or PR and then immediately get a notification in Teams since I don't need the reminder that I created the issue/PR just seconds earlier.

@mondash Thanks for your feedback. Yes, we have plans to provide advanced functionalities to fine tune notifications. We will look into it in the next quarter.
