Add emoji support for notifications

Emoji short names used in commit messages are displayed as emoji on GitHub.*

In notifications in the MS Teams integration they aren't displayed as emoji - it would be nice if they could be.

(*I don't know if this is true of all short names/emoji but certainly is for some, like the bug emoji.)
