Add deployment description to GitHub card

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The card in Microsoft Teams for deployments does not include description that is part of the GitHub Deployments API. We would like to put some versioning information in the description field.

Describe the solution you'd like Include the description field in the Teams card. It would be good right above the "Successful" image.
