For now, I get notified about my own comments, which is disruptive and not helpful at all. It would be nice to be able to unsubscribe for own comments or even make this default.

Thanks for the feedback. We have plans to improve our filter criteria. As part of it we will look into this request.

Additionally, it would be nice if we could prevent being notified of our own PR's, commits, etc.

Any news on this feature, I totally agree it's kind of annoying to receive notifications for your own commits and PRs
