Attachment icon missing

Describe the bug On MacOs Ms Teams, the attachment icon disappears once you focus the github app. This applies for chat groups and one-on-one chats.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open MS Teams, do not open github app yet, observe attachment Icon is still there
2. Click on github app, observe it is removing some icons under the text input
3. Go back to chat group
4. Observe attachment icon is missing now

Bonus: If reproducing does not work, try reinstalling the app and unpin the github icon in a (group or 1-on-1) chat channel.

Expected behavior The attachment icon should always be visible in chat groups. It can be missing in github, but that should not remove it for other channels.

Also, re-pinning does not work. If I want to "re-pin", it's not possible. expected something like this.

The attachment icon should always be visible in chat groups. It can be missing in github, but that should not remove it for other channels.

This is not something the GitHub app controls (or can control).. I will be great if you can reach out to MsTeams team for this. You can make use of below image (which is in the left bottom side)

I re-installed the app and restarted teams. The re-pinning works now, but the main issue is still there. I'll reach out to MsTeams.

Hi, I have an update. I noticed I can reset the attachment icon by toggling between chat view and another view, e.g. teams or calendar. That redraws the attachment icon. Not ideal, but it's way better than restarting teams all the time.

Also, I have noticed that other extensions do not have this problem. So @gauravsaralMs I am just curious if that means that it could still be an Ms Teams issue or we can fix it in here.

Sorry, I installed another extension (jira cloud) and it shows the same issue with the attachment icon. You can ignore my question from yesterday.
