Syncing all Issues items (for ever) with Microsoft Teams. Allowing Microsoft Teams user (with not GitHub) account to raise an Issue.

Hello,

I have used certain syncing features when I was using Wrike. I was expecting to have them with GitHub App as well. (I do not want to use Unito as of now, which may provide the required features).

However, I am informed that currently by design the app provides update for the 30 mins from the issue/PR creation, post that any update notification will be ignored.

We have certain testers who only have access to Microsoft Teams. They do not have access to GitHub.

Thus it is important for us to have:

Report all updates on GitHub (Issues) to the testers in Microsoft Teams Help Testers raise a concern / Issue by logging it in Microsoft Teams. The issue should then get reflected on the project's GitHub page.

I request that the all below updates on Projects' GitHub page must reflect in Microsoft Teams, (and VICE VERSA).

1. Defining Assignee
2. Defining Label
3. Adding more information / comments about reported issue

I also request that any above update should sync to GitHub website. The GitHub App should also help raise a Issue for any org/project.
