Add more useful links for commit notifications

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• It is hard to see commits made to a branch by a specific user. Commit notification card is not very consistent if the link is only for the username/repository and no hyperlink to the repository branch and user profile.

Describe the solution you'd like

• A link to branch and user profile will help greatly. For example, 1 new commit pushed to ScheduleReminders by @ashokirla

@cquanu Thanks for the feedback. Its seems reasonable to introduce a link for branch.

We will take up this work along with any other improvements planned for GitHub app in Teams. Will let you know once this is included.

@ashokirla now username and repository is linked can we have the repository branch linked as well?
