full screen button is not coming

I tried ng2-pdfjs-viewer 6.0.1 in stackblitz. In this I tried multiple thing but full screen option is not coming.

And in this package is there any way, how can we add any text on tollbar or any custom function on toolbar? I have checked one website there they are using this thing but i am not able to find the way in package documentation. Please guide me on this image
