Fix issue #7 and clean up code

  • Fixes https://github.com/intOrfloat/spotitySpeedExtension/issues/7 by appending the speed changer to the 'volume-bar' element instead of the 'now-playing-bar__right' element that doesn't exist anymore
  • Cleans up code and only only sets playback speed on certain events based on https://github.com/intOrfloat/spotitySpeedExtension/pull/6
