allowed active connections issue

while trying to forward the port via external forward it states "there is no configured limit to the number of allowed active ││ connections. Set a limit via the runtime key overload.global_downstream_max_connections ". How do I eliminate this. setting the connection limit as checked is done from envoy end and no parameter can be set in kubectl command
