Course calendar event for BigBlueButton - Invitation emails triggered to all enrolments in the course instead the selected section.

Summary:

When I click the course calendar event using the option Use a different date for each section and then select the option Conferencing, it will trigger emails to all the enrollments in a course instead the one section that I have selected in the course.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the View calendar link on the course home page.
2. Click the Edit event and More options
3. Click the checkbox option Use a different date for each section and fill any one section then click the Conferencing (BigBlueButton)
4. Click Create event button

Expected behavior:

I would expect the conference email notification will be sent to the selected section enrollments instead of all course sections.

Actual behavior:

Conference email notification is triggered to all the section enrollments in the course even though I have created the conference for any one of the sections in the course.
