Calendar in the Canvas mobile app includes concluded and inactive courses in the list

Summary: In the Canvas mobile app, when one views the "Calendar" tab and taps on "Calendars" at the top of the app, concluded and inactive courses are included on the list.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Canvas mobile app.
2. Tap on "All Courses" on the "Dashboard" tab.
3. Swipe down to refresh the list to include past enrollments.
4. Go to the "Calendar" tab.
5. Tap on "Calendars" on the "Calendar" tab.

Expected behavior: Only currently active courses should be included in the list.

Actual behavior: Concluded courses, as well as courses where one's enrollment was deactivated, are included in the list.
