./script/docker_dev_setup.sh fails on githook_installer

Summary:

Using 16gb machine on DigitalOcean. Running Ubuntu Docker 18.09.2~3 on 18.04

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ran ./script/docker_dev_setup.sh

Expected behavior:

Setup canvas.

Actual behavior:

Fails to setup Canvas using quickstart.

Additional notes:

I've installed Ruby.

Hey @yehya,

Based on the error message it looks like you had a DNS Resolution Error. This was probably just transient error so it'd be worth a try again. If it's still not working, I'd check the DNS Servers your box is using, and ensure they're properly configured/up.
