Reproduction: Admin >> "Account Name" >> SIS Import >> Browse for enrolment csv file >> Process Data.

The above activity returns an error message..

sis_import_id,file,message,row 21,,Error while importing CSV. Please contact support. (Error report 10000000002804), 21,,Error while importing CSV. Please contact support. (Error report 10000000002803),
