Using instaamqp with the go tracer

The Go app dispatcher now uses our own Instana RabbitMQ instrumentation, other than the manual instrumentation. This means that the traces are properly displayed in the UI. The Internal spans are no longer visible, as we now instrument each parent span in the instrumentation.
