Can people with success avoiding bans share their setup?

Thought it'd be helpful if people who have avoided getting banned for an extended period of time shared their setups or at least the relevant parameters and best practices. Instagram has changed quite a bit since I last used this tool years ago and I know an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure when it comes to getting your account unbanned or put under less suspicion.

It is now 401 even I used the load session from Firefox and cannot download anymore...
