Nice work! I would like to know if you have also released the ClinVAR dataset you used for fine-tuning the model in the Huggingface repository.

Hi @WENHUAN22 , we have not added the variants used for that fine-tuned model. But given the description in the Methods section, you should be able to get those exact same variants.
