Failure Scenario: Failure of a C* Pod

A proper liveness probe will be able to detect this kind of failure - if liveness probe reports pod status as down, then k8s will replace this pod with a brand new pod. Thus a liveness probe with all potential C* node failure scenarios covered will be able to convert this issue into Issue #14 .
