Restore support for the `moveto` command

The absence of the moveto command (removed in the 99b3135b3e4ce4686673e5872f6965e35aa6094a) makes it impossible to use 2.x releases of this project with Selenium 2.

The main purpose of removing the moveto command was to fix builds for people using MinkSelenium2Driver v1.6 (see #118). This has been fixed with the MinkSelenium2Driver v1.7 release (see https://github.com/minkphp/MinkSelenium2Driver/commit/7aa0e146ebd780a8a9a8214edd2c7ee5cc34b446 commit).

You can safely revert the 99b3135b3e4ce4686673e5872f6965e35aa6094a commit now.
