WIP BibIndex: author and data fields mapping

  • Renames 'hepdataparent' field to 'datasource'
  • Associates 'author' field with tag '786__w'
  • Associates 'exactauthor' field with tag '786__w'
  • Adds tags '400__a' and '880__a' to 'exactauthor' field

The '786__w' tag is required for example by https://github.com/inspirehep/invenio/pull/28, but to put https://github.com/inspirehep/invenio/pull/28 on prod I think that we need to add or edit also other tags/fields/indexes. I have to look more in details
