holdingpen: "restart workflow"-button in list view does not work

When checking halted records in the holdingpen (especially https://labs.inspirehep.net/holdingpen/list/?page=1&size=10&source=arXiv&workflow_name=HEP&is-update=true&status=HALTED&pending_action=resolve_multiple_exact_matches) one needs to restart the workflow after having solved the problem. There is a "restart workflow"-button at the detailed page of each holdingpen record and in the list view.

Expected Behavior

Both buttons should work.

Current Behavior

Only the button on the detailed page works. The buttons on the list view dont.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Firefox 63.0.3 (64-bit) on Linux Mint Chromium 70.0.3538.110 (Official Build) Built on Ubuntu , running on LinuxMint 19 (64-bit)
