Add a shortcut to jump to the declaration of an element.

A variety of modern IDEs have this feature implemented - there are hotkeys to jump to the delcaration of e.g. a specific function or variable. Especially for more complicated configurations, it would be of benefit to have such a feature to easly jump to a declared element. Backend wise we could use the already implemented search function.
