[Bug] - Alerting Tab in UI not available

Describe the bug Once you press on the Alerting Tab, you get "an unexpected error occurred" Message

To Reproduce Using version 2.5.0 of the inspectIT config Server with the Alerting Tab enabled, you won't be able to Fetch and Display the Data anymore.

Expected behavior Display the Alerting-UI like in version 2.4.1 of the config-server.
