[Bug] - Opening empty yaml files in the configuration UI throws a disallowed MIME type error

Describe the bug In the config ui, when opening an empty yaml file, an error message gets thrown because of a disallowed MIME type.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go in the config ui to the configuration tab
2. Create an empty yaml file
3. Click on it
4. See error

Expected behavior Empty yaml files can be handled without throwing an error message.
