Extend the instrumentation GUI to use more rules and actions

As a less experienced user, I want to utilize the instrumentation GUI for more than method tracing and metric recording. I would like to apply certain rules or actions that expert users have created to the scopes I select using the class browser. The documentation of these rules or actions should guide me in this process.
