Button for config promotion disappears in case the content of a config file is too wide

In case the content of a configuration file is too wide (e.g. a single line which cannot be wrapped), the buttons to promote a file in the promotion view disappears because it is pushed out of the visible window area.

In such case, the line causing this problem should be wrapped too, thus, the window is not getting to wide.
