Add a Zipkin trace exporter to the EUM server

  • Currently, the EUM server supports only Jaeger as the trace exporter (using the Protobuf via gRPC API)
  • Adding a zipkin trace exporter would expand the EUM server's reach
  • It would also enable us to collect traces in our influxdb-zipkin demo
