support of generic resource(s) definition (align with inspec-azure)

Detailed Description

AWS pace for building new services and adding service features is faster than this project can follow. Therefore users are looking for additional way on testing AWS resources. Some might use aws CLI, SDKs to overcome inspec-aws limits. The inspec-azure project revisited the generic resource(s) approach (https://github.com/inspec/inspec-azure/pull/299) and it might be useful also for inspec-aws to include such a resource for generic testing.

Context

A generic resource(s) definition allows users to test quickly new features or services available within the API but not yet defined within inspec-aws.

This is not currently on the roadmap. Totally agree that this is a problem but I"m not sure we will have the cycles to look at this any time soon. If that changes I'll be sure to update you all.
