A nice feature to add down the line would be to have a breakpoint only execute if e.g. a specified register is a certain value Would be nice to make the semantics similar to https://ftp.gnu.org/old-gnu/Manuals/gdb/html_node/gdb_33.html Adding the ability to ignore breakpoints n times would also be useful

Might be able to integrate parts of this alongside #46

note to self: would probably be good to implement this as part of an overall breakpoint design overhaul, taking into account #40 and #45. this also overlaps with #115 for the ignoring breakpoints part
