Release with phantom dependencies removed?

Hi, I realized that the most recent version on npm, v0.25.2, still uses phantom but in the master branch of this repo, changes have been made to remove phantom and use Chrome headless. When will these changes be included in a release on npm? I have a project that must use Chrome headless so I am very much relying on this new release. Thank you.
