Clean Kills Hot-loading with Yarn Linked project

It would be great to disable clean so that its possible to build without throwing a "Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory" in a yarn linked project which uses CRA.

Any other options to avoid having to restart the CRA after each build of the nwb react component project.
