Static display and Horizontal Forms

Built this into v1.1.1. Wondering if you thought it was interesting enough to rebase on 2.0.0 and merge.

Just pushed up some more changes to support horizontal forms. I pretty much rewrote BootstrapField, splitting it up into a bunch of methods.
