Option to hide all sensitive comments instead of giving the option to show it

Twitter has a lot of trash, I'm thankful for the "sensitive content" warnings, but I often lack the control not to click the "Show" button. I'd rather not see the sensitive comments at all. It would be awesome to have an option in this extension to hide sensitive content entirely.
