Feature Request? Hide quote retweets from accounts you've blocked.

I'm not sure if it's already a feature right now, but currently Twitter still shows quote retweets made by accounts you've blocked or muted.

The program lets you hide tweets that are quote retweeting an account you've blocked, but not the quote retweets from blocked accounts themself.
