any chance something like this could be impemented? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/twitter-idle-autorefresh/ used to work but not anymore now that its X. btw the extension above never worked if 'tweet box in timeline' was checked in this extension(control panel for twitter that is)
