[Feature Request] Mute videos

Hey there! This extension is great, it makes Twitter much smoother to use, and the quick-mute button is great.

I was hoping to request a toggle that keeps videos muted by default on the site. Currently, if you mute one video, it'll unmute the next time you unpause it. Twitter also doesn't persist the mute across videos.

Would love this! Thank you for the extension
