[Bug]: Extension causes loading of any Twitter page to instead load a recently opened Tweet

Description

I have noticed for a while now that when the extension is enabled, visiting any Twitter page (this could just be home, or any other direct Tweet), the browser will instead load the most recently opened Tweet. So, if any Tweet is opened on its own page (the usual https://twitter.com/<user>/status/<id> page) and then, even in another tab, the Twitter home page is loaded, it may open that Tweet from the other tab.

I don't know what causes this and cannot reproduce it entirely consistently. It does happen incredibly frequently, since I open Tweets on my timeline in new tabs, causing the same Tweet to load more than once sometimes, which means I lose that other Tweet entirely. Even clicking someone's Tweet in Discord will sometimes open another Tweet that I had just viewed (and already closed) instead of their actual link.

Perhaps there's a way to view logs, or to view what parts get loaded as I visit a page? Let me know if I can dig up more info on this.

I can reproduce this issue by open Tweet via image URL https://pic.twitter.com/<id>, and happen everytime.

It stopped doing this for me recently. Not sure what changed.
