Revert "(User) on X:" back to "(User) on Twitter" for web browser tabs when viewing tweets

Post titles says it all. They recently changed the Twitter tab name for viewing tweets on web browser from "(User) on Twitter:" to "(User) on X:". Is it possible to fix that?
