Add an option to also hide replies which have a Blue reply to them

not even just replies from blue users but literally if they reply to another reply that one will be prioritizes so fucking every bot account being tagged replying to anything will be taken priority over non blue replies

Although we do also want to do #335 for the specific use case of people tagging bot accounts
