Request: Hide tab bar if only one tab, adjust scroll offset to account for height

I keep everything in a single tab, so having the "Following" tab at the top is a waste of space. Since the header is being removed, it'd be nice to remove the tab bar too.

Whilst talking about the header height, when using the keyboard to scroll (j and k) the offset it scrolls to is for the original header height, leaving a gap (scrolled-to tweet has the border highlight): Tweet scrolled to with keyboard with a gap between it and the header

Scroll issue has been fixed since this was raised, but it'd still be nice to remove the header.
