I can't replicate this, given that it's complaining about the version of YouTube you're using, does doing a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl + F5) fix it? You could...

We already have this feature for full size theater mode, it slides down when you hover near the top of the screen or focus the search input by pressing `/`....
