validation of inputs in teal modules
We need to:
- create design for validation of inputs in teal modules, specifying what chould be checked in the teal module in comparison to what should be asserted in tern functions etc.
- create standard validation functions for common inputs
- put them into corresponding teal module packages.
Core team can help with implementation but SME must drive design and standards.
