[Feature Request]: Use `cad##` datasets exported in `random.cdisc.data` for faster local apps

Feature description

The datasets in most if not all the teal.gallery apps generate random cdisc data that makes running them locally very slow.

We could use the already exported cached datsets (cad##) instead of rad##(ADSL, seed = 1).

I'm wondering if the issues I'm seeing on the reporter for generating reports for some modules on Early (see https://github.com/insightsengineering/coredev-tasks/issues/672#issuecomment-3425912844) might come from this issue
