explore simple rtf exporter

Until the tgen collaboration has advanced, we need a simple rtf exporter (ASCII to rtf) meets the following contstraints:

  • In rtf its a table and not just monospace characters with spacing used for layouting
  • the column widths on paginated tables need to match
