Not going to merge since I do not recommend anybody run version 2 of the voice server, it barely works in production currently. Waiting until rewrite is complete.

No, development on Vortex is paused until I finish the new web client.

This likely isn't compatible with the current deployment requirements, closing for now. However if you'd like to re-do this I'd be happy to merge this if it were a guide...

This was fixed at some point.
