Create and populate wiki

Self explanatory.

My focus has been in STM32F103 and for that purpose, I have

  • https://github.com/OliviliK/STM32F103
  • and related https://github.com/OliviliK/STM32F103/wiki

As you can see, the focus in the Wiki is in using libopencm3 with EmBitz IDE. Perhaps, I could switch my effort from libopencm3 to unicore-mx and help you in your Wiki.
